Nicki Minaj Taps Travis Scott, Sexxy Red, Chris Brown for ‘FTCU’ Remix

Nicki Minaj held nothing back for the new “Sleeze Mix” remix of her hit, “FTCU,” enlisting Travis Scott, Sexyy Red, and Chris Brown for the track.

The remix absolutely lives up to its sleazy billing, with all three guests delivering verses that are boisterous, graphic, and horny as hell. Sexxy Red probably delivers the tamest bars, and she’s still threatening to beat someone’s ass in the club. Meanwhile, Scott rhymed “burst,” “work,” twerk,” and “squirt,” and Brown, well, uh, yeah, his verse is definitely the most explicit, and the less said about that, the better

“FTCU” appeared on Minaj’s 2023 album, Pink Friday 2, and proved to be the LP’s biggest hit, peaking at Number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album was released last December after several delays. It marked Minaj’s first album of all new material since 2018’s Queen and served as a sequel of sorts to her blockbuster 2010 debut, Pink Friday

Back in March, Minaj launched a world tour in support of Pink Friday 2. The North American leg is still ongoing, with dates scheduled through May 12 in Austin. After that, she’ll head overseas for a European leg that kicks off May 23 in Amsterdam and wraps July 14 in Liège, Belgium.

In the aftermath of Pink Friday 2, though, Minaj has largely been embroiled in beef. In January, she dropped “Big Foot,” a diss track very explicitly aimed at Megan Thee Stallion. The song followed Meg’s own single, “Hiss,” which was not an overt diss track but contained a line that Minaj interpreted as a reference to the failure of her husband, Kenneth Petty, to register as a sex offender in California (he was convicted of attempted rape in the mid-Nineties).
